How do I keep it secret?
Have someone not taking part run the draw and message each person only their own match, or print and fold the slips.
What if the rules make it impossible?
With too many exclusions (e.g. three people where two are excluded from each other), no valid draw exists and you'll be told.

Set one in advance — $20–30 / €20–30 is common for office exchanges.
