How to use
- 1Add an image and click the background color in the preview (or pick it).
- 2Adjust tolerance until the edges look clean; choose Transparent or a new color, then download PNG.
How it's calculated
Pixels within the tolerance distance (in RGB space) of the chosen color are replaced; 'Contiguous only' flood-fills from where you click so matching colors inside the subject are kept.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work on photos with busy backgrounds?
It works best on solid or near-solid backgrounds like white studio shots and logos. Complex scenes need an AI background remover.
How do I make a marketplace white background?
Pick the background and choose Replace with white — Amazon and most marketplaces require pure white (#FFFFFF).
Why save as PNG?
Only PNG and WebP keep transparency. JPG would fill it with a solid color.
