What's the difference between biweekly and semimonthly?
Biweekly is every two weeks — 26 paychecks a year. Semimonthly is twice a month — 24 paychecks, each slightly larger.
Should I use 52 weeks?
Use 52 if your vacation is paid. If you take unpaid time off, reduce the weeks, e.g. 50 for two unpaid weeks.
